There has seem to be some technical difficulties with the ability to record a show where I posted my NFL picks for last week. Because of that, I will make my picks via this article for this week and however much longer I cannot make shows.

Incase you did not tune in last week, I began my weekly segment where I pick 3 games against the spread (no props, over/unders, etc) to help all you gamblers out there make a little weekend profit.

After the first week of picking (week 3) we are 2-1 and up 70%. Without further adu, here are my week 4 NFL picks:

Baltimore Ravens (+2.5) over Pittsburgh Steelers @x1.95

I really see the Steeler offense struggling in this one with Batch at the helm. Between Flacco, Boldin and McGahee (assuming Rice does not go), I think the Ravens should produce enough offense to win this game outright. The 2.5 is a nice piece of insurance in what should be a low-scoring affair.

Seattle Seahawks (-1.5) over St. Louis Rams @x1.95

After a nice win over San Diego, Seattle has early playoff aspirations and if they want to win the NFC West they have to capitalize on games against the Rams. St. Louis did beat Washington last week but a banged up Steven Jackson could prove to be a key factor in this one. Seattle should win and cover the 1.5.

Washington Redskins (+5.5) over Philadelphia Eagles @x1.95

Expect McNabb to be at his best in his homecoming and his teammates to really rally around him and play their best football of the season.

Conversely, Vick faces his first real test after starting against Detroit and Jacksonville. Washington is a lot tougher than those two defenses so between that and the 5.5 I think Washington is a quality pick in week 4.

Tune back (hopefully for a show) on Friday or Saturday where I will highlight week 5 picks. Good luck to all!
